pointing out the exact icons affected

SUMMARY
There is a pointer-events issue on the playlist tabs. The status icons on the
tabs—the play triangle indicating the active tab, and the 9-dot grid indicating
inactive tabs—do not capture mouse clicks.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Haruna and create multiple playlists so the playlist tabs appear at the
top.
2. Ensure a video file entry in the playlist is located directly beneath the
tab bar.
3. Click exactly on the play icon of the active tab, or the 9-dot icon of an
inactive tab.

OBSERVED RESULT
The click passes completely through the tab icon and selects or plays the video
file situated on the layer beneath it.

EXPECTED RESULT
The icons should capture the click. Clicking the icon should simply switch to
that tab or do nothing, and it should never pass the click through to the
underlying user interface layer.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The text and the close buttons on the tabs function correctly and capture
clicks. The click-through behavior is isolated strictly to the state icons on
the left side of the tab labels. I have attached a screenshot pointing out the
exact icons affected.
