SUMMARY
This issue surfaced in 25.08.1, and it is still there in v25.12.2.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin
2. Switch to the usual "Icons view mode"
3. Press CTRL+SHIFT+N, type in "A" for folder name, press ENTER
4. Press CTRL+SHIFT+N, type in "B" for folder name, press ENTER
OBSERVED RESULT
The folder with name "B" is not visible, despite I used the exact same keyboard
presses as for folder "A".
EXPECTED RESULT
Creating the second or third or any other folder following the first folder
should work. Currently nothing is visible and it is extremely confusing.
I prefer to use keyboard shortcuts to navigate in the file manager.
Unfortunately since this regression I have to use the mouse right-click menu to
create new folders. It is really surprising.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
There is a never ending discussion here:

And a possibly relevant pull request which actually would make things even more
confusing:

I attached the poll results from Méven, from the discussion. It is useful
feedback from the community.
