I do understand your problem: You want the shortcut you assigned to Project Monitor Fullscreen to work just like F11 because you want F11 to put the Kdenlive application into fullscreen. I am saying that when Kdenlive is running, F11 by default puts the PM into fullscreen mode and back. On my system F11 does NOT put Kdenlive into fullscreen as you described it. Perhaps this is a setting for your DE or that you defined system-wide for your environment. I can confirm, though, that if you set a new shortcut or specify an alternative shortcut for PM Fullscreen, it does indeed not work in the other direction.
