mouse settings screenshot

After upgrading to frameworks 6.23 and plasma 6.6 (both at the same time), I'm
no longer able to configure mouse buttons. Prior to this update, there was a
button to re-bind mouse in the mouse settings, as shown here:
https://www.phoronix.com/news/KDE-Rebind-Extra-Mouse-Buttons

This worked fine up until my upgrade today. Now, the configured functionality
no longer works (mouse buttons don't do what was previously configured), and
the option to configure/re-bind the buttons is missing, as shown in the
attached screenshot.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch Systems Settings, Mouse
2. Try to configure/re-bind buttons

OBSERVED RESULT
Option does not exist in plasma 6.6.0 / frameworks 6.23

EXPECTED RESULT
A button to configure buttons, as previously described here:
https://www.phoronix.com/news/KDE-Rebind-Extra-Mouse-Buttons

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Gentoo Linux 2.18
KDE Plasma Version: 6.6.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.23.0
Qt Version: 6.10.2
