SUMMARY
When the mouse is over the mini-icons in the upper right corner of the
notification drop down box, the I beam mouse pointer is used, instead of the
normal pointer.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click on the notification icon in the top panel
2. Hover the mouse over any of the 3 mini-icons in the upper right corner of
the notification box.

OBSERVED RESULT
I mouse pointer (for a text entry box) is displayed instead of the normal
pointer
