SUMMARY
As the title says, when I use the oxygen theme there is no indication in the
panel that an application is minimized, which makes it hard for me to know
which apps I have open.

for example in the screenshot I have attached I have applications open but I
have no way of knowing which one is open because there is no indicator in the
panel that an app is open and minimized

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Minimize app in the cosmic theme

OBSERVED RESULT
there is no indicator on the application icon in the panel that the app is
minimized, as the very light texture that appears when the app is open and not
minimized completely disappears when the app is minimized.

EXPECTED RESULT
there is a texture on the icon in the panel that an app is minimized

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora KDE 43
