Pushed by filipf into branch 'master'. desktoptheme: Fix Oxygen lacking indication of minimized windows Oxygen currently has no indicator to show a window is minimized. When having minimized windows on the panel and pinned apps, it is impossible to distinguish between the two. This is a prominent usability issue. To fix it this patch adds a design for minimized windows, similar to the design for all of the other states, yet distinct.
