SUMMARY
The in 6.6 newly added frame/outline contrast option behaves unexpectedly when
configuring it. If you decide to change the value for one colour scheme,
applying it will result in all colour schemes using that changed value, even
though it was only saved for one colour scheme.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to kcm_colors
2. Edit a colourscheme
3. Go to "Options" tab
4. Modify the contrast of frames/outlines to the value x
5. Click "Save" and "Close"
6. Click "Apply"

OBSERVED RESULT
All colourschemes now has a frame/outline contrast of x.

EXPECTED RESULT
Only the edited colourscheme has the modified frame/outline contrast of x.
