SUMMARY
mouse pointer sometimes hangs in column resize mode while using dolphin
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
i couldn't find a reliable way to trigger the bug but it happens sometimes
OBSERVED RESULT
mouse pointer hangs in resize mode
EXPECTED RESULT
mouse pointer changes back to normal mode
