The logic is they do the same, namely >invert all the colors of source image We can decide to change the documentation to make it clear, or add (frei0r) and (avfilter) to the effect name, or kick one and keep just one in the list. Our policy so far is to keep all effects unless they are useless, not meant for users, do not work, need a special and/or complex UI.
