It is as if the 1080p screen layout is on top and the ultrawide is on the bottom and ignores the layout except where they are not overlapped. The tiling manager shows just the ultrawide layout for editing . If I drag a window to the top center, it maximizes to the 16:9 left area and only if I drag it to the area not overlapped it will maximize properly.
