ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I've tried no longer checking for podcasts updates at startup as I noticed this
appears to attempt all podcasts simultaneously - I have around 65 podcast
subscriptions. It affected BBC podcasts particularly often (I subscribe to many
from the BBC), but even refreshing these individually often fails. It also
affects other podcasts.

In all cases I'm able to download the RSS feed through my browser, so it
appears that the server is responding.

It doesn't appear to be related to the size of the podcasts, since podcasts
with 10 episodes and podcasts with hundreds are both affected.

Let me know if there is anything else you need, and thank you for what is a
lovely podcast player :)
