STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set brightness to 99%
2. Turn EDR on.
3. Launch Element app (from Flathub, currently version 1.12.11)
4. Set brightness to 100% via any method, or turn EDR off.
OBSERVED RESULT
Element's window becomes washed out. No other windows change, not even in
Discord which is also using Electron.
EXPECTED RESULT
No color changes in any apps.
