STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Make a window rule for a flatpak app (I tested with Haruna, Firefox,
Thunderbird, Discord, Konsole) involving the new Hide from screencast option or
the maximized vertically property using the detect window properties button to
match the correct application
2. Launch a new instance of the configured flatpak application
OBSERVED RESULT
Window rule is not applied, flatpak application is still visible to screencasts
in this case or not maximzed vertically
EXPECTED RESULT
The window rule is applied

When I do the same for konsole or dolphin which are shipped as part of the
image on KDE Linux it works like expected
