A themed Dolphin window with a distinctively grey NeoChat window in the

SUMMARY
NeoChat doesn't respect the colour scheme set in System Settings.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set a custom colour scheme in System Settings -> Colours and Themes ->
Colours. (Anything apart from stock Breeze Classic, Dark, or Light.)
2. Set the Colour Theme in NeoChat to Automatic.
OBSERVED RESULT
NeoChat doesn't use the system colour scheme, and is instead limited to stock
Breeze variations. I attached a comparison image with Dolphin.
EXPECTED RESULT
NeoChat should use the system colour scheme.
