SUMMARY
Due to a variety of different reasons, I sometimes loose access to my whole
keyboard (or parts of my keys) during a session on my desktop. I'm however then
unable to use a virtual keyboard as it only seems to get invoked either on a
touch device, or when kwin is started with a specific env var.
Windows 10 had a button in the taskbar that one could click that would
(un)prompt the virtual keyboard. Plasma seems to have an icon to (de)activate
it, but it will never actually pop up
