SUMMARY
With the transform tool, in locked aspect ratio mode, dragging the edge buttons
of a keyframe (top, left, bottom, or right) scales only in the dimension being
dragged, not both dimensions. Dragging the corner buttons scale both
dimensions, as expected.
In or around 24.08, this worked as expected, with both dimensions scaled.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set the transform tool to locked aspect ratio mode.
2. Drag an edge button rather than one of the corner buttons to scale the
video.
OBSERVED RESULT
Only one dimension gets rescaled.
EXPECTED RESULT
Both dimensions should get rescaled.
