Laura <[email protected]> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |[email protected] --- Comment #8 from Laura <[email protected]> --- I can confirm that the issue is still reproducible. Tested on: - Kubuntu 26.04 (fully updated Feb 2026) - Kate 25.12.2 - Kernel 6.19.0-6-generic - Running in a UTM virtual machine (host: macOS Ventura 13.7.8, MacBook Pro 2017, Intel) - VM configuration: x86_64 architecture, 4 GB RAM allocated, 2 CPU cores On the first opening of the "Configure Language" dialog, the dropdown list (Primary or Fallback) is not scrollable. Mouse wheel and touchpad gestures do not scroll the list. Keyboard navigation (arrow keys) changes focus only among the currently visible entries. Moving the mouse changes focus between visible entries, but the list does not scroll. After closing and reopening the dialog, scrolling works normally. The issue reproduces consistently after each application restart on the first dialog opening. Additional notes: - The issue remains reproducible after: - Isolated Kate upgrade (25.12.1 → 25.12.2) - Full system upgrade (including KDE/Qt packages) - Related Bugzilla entries (e.g., 494931 – Arch Linux, 475437 – Microsoft Windows) describe similar partial symptoms across different environments. - This suggests the behavior may not be distribution-specific. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
