SUMMARY
If you're below 5% of battery, then connect the charger, the screen dims too as
if it was discharging when it shouldn't work like that. The battery is already
charging.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Drain your battery to below 5%
2. Connect the charger
3. Wait until it reaches 5%
OBSERVED RESULT
The screen dims.
EXPECTED RESULT
The screen shouldn't dim **as it is already charging**.
