SUMMARY
When running `balooctl6 status`, the number of files that failed to index is
100, but running `balooctl6 failed` only yields an empty list.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run `balooctl6 failed` while having files that failed to index
OBSERVED RESULT
This is the output I got:

EXPECTED RESULT
An actual list of the files that failed to index.
