SUMMARY
Areas where populations use different timezones (mainly Xinjiang and the West
Bank) and other regions where the tz database overlaps time zones (Eswatini,
Lesotho, Abkhazia, disputed border between Sudan and South Sudan) will result
in inconsistent behaviour when attempting to select them. This ends up not
being a huge issue in most cases (a lot of these overlaps share the same
offset, don't overlap entirely, or the smaller timezone has priority) excluding
Xinjiang where Asia/Urumqi cannot be selected via the map in any way.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the timezone map in settings
2. Click the slightly darker region of the western part of china
OBSERVED RESULT
Asia/Shanghai will be selected
EXPECTED RESULT
Asia/Urumqi will be selected
