SUMMARY
Display primary keeps resetting to my 'second' screen - regardless of which
port they are plugged into
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Put PC to sleep
2. Wake up using keyboard press
3. Most times the second screen will have become primary
OBSERVED RESULT
Toollbar on wrong screen
EXPECTED RESULT
Tool=bar on selected screen
