SUMMARY
VRR stops working when FPS falls below monitor minimum range and next raises to
the supported range.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use monitor with 40-60 VRR range
2. Open "vrrtest" application
3. Lower FPS to e.g. 35 FPS (below range)
4. Raise FPS to VRR range (e.g. 55 FPS, must be < 60)
OBSERVED RESULT
VRR is no longer working. Alt-tab to other window and go back workarounds the
issue.
EXPECTED RESULT
VRR is always working when FPS is in monitor VRR range.
