STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Drag a file to the Desktop and replace the file with the same name.
OBSERVED RESULT
The item's position remains the same.
EXPECTED RESULT
It should only remain in the same position if the dragged file is placed on top
of the one that is going to replace, otherwise it should be dropped where the
user released the click.
