The Comic Panel Editing Tool has two buttons—one for Cutting mode, one for
Merging mode—but neither has labels, names, nor tooltips. This isn’t
beginner-friendly. At minimum, show button names on hover; ideally, also add
tooltips with documentation descriptions:
Cutting mode: Cuts through shapes to create gutters of specified width.
Merging mode: Removes the gutter between shapes.
