Do I have this right? This new update to KIO Frameworks scans fstab and systemd
so that it can check the "used capacity" on every possible mount?

Not only is that ridiculous for configured automounts, since it forces them to
be mounted even when they're not intentionally accessed, but it causes
pointless delays. Why is KIO polling for "used capacity" for every entry it
finds in fstab/systemd? What was the problem the devs were trying to solve with
this new "feature"?
