STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Accidentally have the same issue in two tabs.
2. Make a comment in one.
3. Be confused that the comment isn't there and make it again.

EXPECTED RESULT
Like all other places where you submit content to an outdated version of the
page and the site tells you about it, the site should do the same when posting
a comment when the page has new ones.
