STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Unplug your pendrive while in a maximized windows with the Dodge Windows Panel
configuration.
OBSERVED RESULT
The notification doesn't know that the Panel is hiding, so it remains
compensating for it needlessly.
EXPECTED RESULT
The Panel should know that the Panel is hiding and get proportionally closer to
the edge of the screen.
