Error popup in the UI

SUMMARY

When initially loading the start timeline on some servers, e.g. after switching
accounts, the server may throw a 429 error. Reloading the timeline by opening a
different timeline (e.g. notifications) and then switching back, at least after
waiting a second or so, works just fine.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log into an affected server (observed on Akkoma, https://donotsta.re )
2. Open the start timeline for the first time, or after switching accounts

OBSERVED RESULT

429 (Too many requests) error as seen in the error popup (see attached
screenshot)

EXPECTED RESULT

Timeline will load, possibly after a delay.
