To investigate the freeze, we'll need to get logs from the boot session where things froze. First, find the boot session where the freeze happened with this: journalctl --list-boots Then, take the number of the boot where the freeze happened (at the start of each line) and get the logs for that boot with this (use the appropriate number for x) sudo journalctl -b -x > ~/logs.txt Then, attach ~/logs.txt to this report.
