SUMMARY
In the Falkon page of the Discover app, there is an error in the error
reporting link which brings Falkon to a "No permissions" page but allows
Chromium to the KDE error reporting page.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Went to Falkon website
2. Click on the Linux Install button (took me to Discovery)
3. Clicked the report error link
4. Falkon opened and gave a "No permission" error
