SUMMARY
Once kde-gtk-config run you cannot revert all the settings it changes, and it's
also not clear without reading the source code exactly what settings and files
got changed. To revert it's needed to manually go after every related file and
setting and delete/revert (after disabling kde-gtk-config on background
services).
I personally prefer apps the way developers intended and I believe automatic
theming of gtk apps should be opt-in instead of opt-out, it really sucks when
changing across DE's, but even if that's not going to be the case it should at
least have the option to revert all changes made.
