STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Drag a file to the Desktop and drop it exactly in the middle of the cell under
another file.
OBSERVED RESULT
The file is placed one cell over to the right of where it should have been
placed.
EXPECTED RESULT
To be placed on the space of the grid where I placed.
