SUMMARY
Prices cannot be edited when locale is set to sr_RS@latin.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set LC_MONETARY to `sr_RS@latin`
2. Launch KMyMoney and open the Price Editor
3. Try to create or edit a price
OBSERVED RESULT
Both "To amount" and "Exchange rate" fields will contain "RSD" at the end.
Trying to edit the value in either field will result in the "RSD" disappearing
and the user being able to enter one digit before the field returns to its
original state. Trying to save the price will cause the price editor to close
without saving the price.
EXPECTED RESULT
The "To amount" and "Exchange rate" fields contain only the price. The fields
can be properly edited and the price can be saved.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I have confirmed that the bug is present on both 5.2.2-1, as well as on the
master branch.
The bug does not appear when LC_MONETARY is set to en_US.UTF-8
