Probably the app fails to connect with the keychain on windows. At least that's what I remember from my analysis of that previous bug report. That part is actually handled by the qtkeychain library. I'm not sure whether this is the same bug. At which point does it fail? You click the login button and nothing happens, or do you get further into the dialogs to set up the syncing?
