Which version of Krita are you using? Help → About Krita will tell you. Several
of your bugs should already be fixed in the latest version.

1) This is intentional, having it visible causes wrong inputs and the
application minimizing because of the palm hitting the bottom bar, which Krita
can only prevent by entering full-screen and making the bar go away. Since you
can just swipe from the edge of the screen to show the system bars, there
should never be a need to un-fullscreen the application on Android. What is you
use case of doing so?

2) Ctrl+Z is bound to undo by default, Ctrl+Shift+Z is redo, like on Linux. If
this isn't working, check your keyboard layout, Z and Y may be swapped. You may
have also unbound it in the preferences. Otherwise, keyboard shortcuts
sometimes not working should be fixed in Krita 5.3.1.

3) This is a duplicate of bug 514360 and should be fixed in Krita 5.3.1.

4) This is a duplicate of bug 506039. This ridiculous behavior is hard-wired
into Android, Krita can do nothing about it, it. You can try reporting it to
Google.

5) That's a duplicate of bug 506040.
