STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Shift+Del an item.
OBSERVED RESULT
Its Panel icon doesn't visually indicate "Permanent Deletion"
Its triangular orange sign with an exclamation mark could instead be something
more relevant.
EXPECTED RESULT
Its Panel icon and its orange sign could be replaced with the item's icon being
shredded.
