[plasmashell] [Bug 518384] Using Icons-and-Text Task Manager and "Fit Content" setting on a panel causes it to jitter and uncenter itself when apps are opened or closed.

On Plasma built from git-master, I definitely see the jittery animation of the
Icons-and-Text Task Manager. I haven't seen it stick off center.

Can you share screenshots of the settings for your task manager - the
Appearance and Behavior pages? Thanks.
