Example screenshots of the described but when Dlpin is at hte opper and bottm
edges of tghe screeen
When you hover (mouse) over a file or folder in Dolphin, the details of the
specified item are displayed. When Dolphin is open at the top of the display,
the details window opens below the cursor and does not cover the files
previewed in the Dolphin window.
But when the Dolphin window is at the bottom of the display, the details window
that opens after such mouse hover on some element opens on the cursor place and
so obscures access to the files in the Dolphin window.
I think this is a bug and significantly interferes with working with Dolphin at
the bottom part of the displays.
This behaviour must be changed so that when a folder or file is moused over in
Dolpin, when its window is located at the bottom of the display, the details
window for the specified item should open ABOVE the cursor, so as not to
interfere with access to the specified file or folder. And when the Dolphin
window is at the top of the display, when pointing to a file or folder in it,
the details window should open BELOW the cursor, so as not to interfere with
accessing the files in Dolphin
