In fact, the Light Table and Survey views are independent windows, each with
its own set of shortcuts. You will therefore need to modify the shortcut for
the "Rejected" pick label within their respective shortcut settings as well. At
present, I do not see a way to synchronize this setting with the main window.

However, the shortcuts in the Survey view will only become functional starting
with digiKam 9.1.0.
