DESCRIPTION
If I disable the network manager applet and sign out, it is completely broken
if I enable it after signing in.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Remove Network Manager applet from the tray
2. Sign out from user account
3. Sign into user account
4. Add the applet
OBSERVED RESULT
