This was already the case in your original file, and I've seen several files
with `-` in the rule names. I chose to keep this behavior, assuming that `-` as
a combinator is often used with spaces around it.

Okay, it will still be GPL, but I didn't understand the second part of the
sentence. Did you mean abnf.xml instead of bnf.xml?
