Latest powerdevil via kde-builder crashes with this log output:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install latest powerdevil, kscreen and dependencies
2. Start startplasma_wayland git version
3. Observe crashes
OBSERVED RESULT
plasma-plasmashell.service crashes repeatedly until hitting the crash limit
because the plasma-powerdevil.service dependency crashes due to the undefined
symbol.
EXPECTED RESULT
Powerdevil should work
