Installing a local bundle (in this example a .flatpak downloaded from KDE
GitLab CI artifacts) shows a notice that app xyz is not installed but it is.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install keysmith from Flathub
2. Download a .flatpak of Keysmith from GitLab CI
3. Open the .flatpak file with Discover
OBSERVED RESULT
Discover says that keysmith is not installed
EXPECTED RESULT
No incorrect message
