DESCRIPTION
Git integration appears not to work correctly on Windows 11 when git is
installed through MSYS2.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a file located in a git repository
2. Open the output tab
3. Open the git pane
4. Click the hamburger menu
5. Click 'Refresh'

OBSERVED RESULT
A message reading "Git Info: Process failed to start: The directory name is
invalid." in the output tab. No information about file changes are listed in
the git pane. Refresh wheel spins indefinitely.

EXPECTED RESULT
Information about file changes are listen in the git pane. No errors appear in
the Output tab.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows 11 Enterprise 25H2
Kate 26.07.70
Git 2.53.0, installed through MSYS2, accessible and usable with Windows-style
paths in CMD and Powershell
