--- Comment #4 from Pascal Garcia <[email protected]> ---
I remind that I have the problem on 2 PC one being updated from previous
version (the big one i9 128Gb memory), and the other one the old portable
installed from the CD.
I can say that the problem exists also on a third PC, the one I offered to my
system, almost the same configuration of my desktop PC. This PC has not been
upgraded with the last distribution.
In my case, 3 PC, 3 times the same problem.

Note that the icon on the up left corner of the windows application is a
wayland icon instead of the icon of the application.

I believe but not sure for the portable that the first connection of the user
was a X11 session.

I clearly remember that I installed xwayland on both the system manually to try
to solve the problem, but has no effect.

As asked I created a new user on the portable, a simple user (adduser command),
and connected with a wayland session, and surprise it works.
The icons on the tof left of the windows is also the icon of the application.
I will make some more test, by I believe there is no problem.

I disconnect and reconnect with the original user to complete this bug report.
Second surprise the problem is also fixed for this user!

I checked dpkg logs, no change reported today. So it is really a configuration
problem, but concerning the system that has been fixed probably when logging
with the new user.

I conclude that it is a problem of automatic configuration, of package missing
on first wayland session connection.

What do you want I check on my second system to identify what could be of
interest for the developers before I do the same operation what likely will
solve the problem for me ?
