DESCRIPTION
Tens of "battery critical" notifications appear when the battery level reaches
5% and goes below that threshold. If the computer is left unattended, this
means that the user finds the whole screen clogged with notifications. This
seems excessive as it makes understanding what's going on more difficult: the
user finds themselves asking "is every notification the same, or should I read
all of them because they're different messages?". If we need to have
notifications which update the value of remaining battery charge, it would be
ideal to remove old notifications so that they don't occupy the whole screen.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Discharge your device's battery so it goes below 5%
OBSERVED RESULT
Multiple notifications occupy more and more of the screen.
EXPECTED RESULT
Only one notification is shown.
