DESCRIPTION
When changing a global theme with window and layout checked, system tray
configuration resets completely.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to global theme settings
2. Change between them, and check window and layout
OBSERVED RESULT
Any previous system tray settings are gone.
EXPECTED RESULT
System tray will be left alone.
