  Target Milestone: 1.0

DESCRIPTION
I live in European Central time zone. With daylight savings active, we're at
GMT+2. I believe this might be relevant.

I have a dual monitor display. My primary monitor is a Samsung LC34G55T
configured at 3440x1440 and my secondary a BNQ GW2490 at 1920x1080. They are
connected to a desktop computer that is not configured to hybernate.

When I wake the monitors up after a long period of inactivity, the secondary
screen shows the current time. The primary screen shows the time two hours
back. If I leave the screens up long enough for a minute to pass, both screens
shows the correct, local time. If I manually lock the screens using CMD+L the
problem does not happen, and both screens show the correct time.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Let the screens shut off due to inactivity.
2. Wake the screens up by moving the mouse.
3. Profit

OBSERVED RESULT
The right monitor travels back in time two hours

EXPECTED RESULT
Monitor should have taken me with it. It's always great to go back to your
childhood.
