If you select Add files from the playlist menu (and you had previously clicked
on Add playlist) it permanently keeps the m3u filter when using the KDE file
picker to look for files to add. The only way to correct this is to restart
Haruna
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. From the playlist menu select Add playlist (then close the file picker
window by clicking cancel)
2. Again from the playlist select Add files
OBSERVED RESULT
The file picker permanently keeps the m3u filter until you restart Haruna
EXPECTED RESULT
The file picker filter should show all files again
